How to change suppliers

To switch energy supplier, you’ll need:

  • Your postcode
  • The name of your current supplier
  • The name of the energy offer you’re currently on and how much you use or spend on gas and electricity. Go to your bills and take note of the number of kwhs charged and the number of days, if you can add these to another Bill all the better to get a more accurate quote, if not then you could just enter the amount spent over a period.
  • If you do not know this information then ask you supplier for the details and the amount used in the past year. Not a projected figure because that would be what it is likely to be over the following year.
