If you switched suppliers did you check that your old supplier used the same meter readings as your new supplier, because some are ignoring this and you are being charged twice over. I bet you cannot remember the reading you gave to your new supplier, well give them a ring and ask them, then check your last bill with the old supplier, you could be another one to fall into their trap and be swindled, also check how much you were in credit with them because they are not going to tell you easily.
You would think they make enough out of you with high prices without having to stoop to these sort of tricks.
